Mr. Zaunbrecher was an experienced and successful certified public accountant in Louisiana before pursuing a legal career.  Since his graduation from the School of Law at Louisiana State University, his practice has focused on tax issues, estate planning services for individuals, families, and business entities, successions, and business transactions.  Mr. Zaunbrecher's tax practice includes the selection and organization of business entities, corporate tax planning and reorganizations, tax planning strategies and the representation of taxpayers in tax controversies.  His corporate practice includes mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, contracts and a wide variety of corporate transactions.  Mr. Zaunbrecher's practice includes the representation of successions and estate fiduciaries.  Mr. Zaunbrecher is particularly experienced with the tax and business issues encountered by healthcare professionals and medical practice groups.
