The firm traditionally has performed a wide variety of real estate related services for business clients.  We have represented a variety of commercial lenders in connection with real estate loans and foreclosures in Texas and Louisiana.  We have represented a many different forms of business entity in acquisitions and sales of real property, handling the title research and curative work, documentation, financing and closing.  We are familiar with the tax, title and environmental issues that are part of every commercial real estate transaction.  We also routinely represent commercial lessors and lessees in their lease and sale-leaseback transactions.
